Petition for a Cycle Route Through A3 Butser Cutting

Robert Sebley is the CTC Portsmouth Right-to-Ride rep and he has recently raised an on-line petition for an off-road cycle route through the A3 Butser cutting.

If this road could connect Petersfield to Clanfield it would be a wonderful north-south link for cyclists. If it could be done without smothering the place with nannying signs and infatalising paint it would be a miracle.
